What You'll Do

• Cook breakfast sausage links thoroughly. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
• Mix together egg, milk, Pearl Milling Company™ Original pancake mix and melted butter. Allow to rest for about 2 mins.
• Preheat corndog maker/iron. Spray iron with pan spray.
• Transfer batter to a tall glass. Spoon a small amount of batter (1 tbls) into one of the molds.
• Skewer one breakfast sausage and dip into batter. Place dipped sausage onto the mold with the spooned batter. Repeat until all molds are full.
• Close lid and allow to cook until golden brown.
• Remove from the iron and drizzle with Pearl Milling Company™ syrup, powdered sugar and a sprinkle of bacon. Serve immediately.
