Pancakes with Cranberry Orange Syrup

What You'll Need
- Syrup:
- 10 ounces frozen cranbery-orange relish
- 1 cup Pearl Milling Company™ Syrup
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- Pancakes:
- 1-1/2 cups Pearl Milling Company™ Corn Meal
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- pecan halves
What You'll Do
- Syrup:
- Place cranberry relish, syrup and butter in saucepan. Heat; stir to melt cranberries; keep warm.
- Pancakes:
- Combine corn meal mix and sugar. Add milk, egg and oil. Bake on hot, lightly greased griddle (375° F.) until golden brown, turning only once.
- Serve warm with syrup. Garnish with pecan halves.
