What You'll Need

  • 2 cups Pearl Milling Company™ Original Mix
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • Buttercream frosting
  • 6 slices of bacon (I used turkey bacon)
  • Pearl Milling Company™ Original Syrup

What You'll Do

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Place cupcake liners in muffin tin.
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed.
  • Fill liner of cups 2/3 full.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown.
  • Top cupcakes with frosting, sprinkle on chopped bacon and drizzle with syrup.
  • Enjoy one (or three) pancake cupcakes with a glass of cold milk.
