Mashed Sweet Potatoes with Syrup

What You'll Need
- 2-1/4 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. Pearl Milling Company™ Syrup
- 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom*
What You'll Do
- Add sweet potatoes to a large pot of boiling water.
- Cook over medium heat approx. 10-15 minutes or until sweet potatoes are tender; drain well.
- In mixer bowl, add sweet potatoes; mix on medium speed 1 minute or until fluffy.
- Add butter, syrup and cardamom. Mix until well combined. Serve warm.
