To Make 4 Servings:
- 1 Cup Grits
- 4 Cups Water
- 1/4 Tsp Salt (optional)
To Make 6 Servings:
- 1 1/2 Cups Grits
- 6 Cups Water
- 1/2 Tsp Salt (optional)
What You'll Do
- Slowly stir grits and salt into briskly boiling water.
- Reduce heat to low; cover. Cook 15 to 20 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Microwave Preparation (1 Serving)
